  • We want your custom order to be flawless, so we take extra time to make everything perfect. We need six weeks. If you need your custom order in less than six weeks, we'll work overtime to get it done. Your expedited order will incur extra fees.

    We suggest placing your order 6-12 weeks before your event or ship date to avoid fees and accommodate any surprises.

  • We ship gifts nationwide within the U.S., partnering with FedEx and UPS to get your gift boxes to you fast.

    Local to the Twin Cities metro area? We offer hand delivery! At Gifty Gifts, we understand the value of a personal touch, so we try to accommodate hand delivery requests outside the area (for an additional fee).

    And if you need to ship gift boxes for the same event to multiple locations, we take care of that for you, too.

  • Yes, of course! We don't make one-size-fits-all corporate gift boxes. So, if you have dietary preferences or restrictions, we're happy to accommodate them. Just let us know when we connect.

    We'll note any accommodations and clearly mark gifts with the requested restrictions.

  • We do! If you have your own gifts but want us to package them beautifully, fill out our contact form or email us directly. We're happy to help.

  • Yes! We'll work alongside you to design stunning custom stationery for your gift boxes.

  • You'll need your final gift box count when we sign the contract, and you pay for your gift boxes.

  • Our order minimums vary based on your custom gift project—corporate events, wedding welcomes, holidays, and bridal parties. Reach out with questions, and we'll walk you through the process.

  • We accept ACH, checks, wire transfers, and all major credit cards via QuickBooks and HoneyBook. We cover all fees.

  • Packaging differs based on each project. When you work with us to curate the perfect gift box, we give you packaging options, including custom-branded packaging (for an additional fee).

  • We custom-design every box, so we're unable to accept returns. However, if your gift arrives damaged or not quite perfect, please email us at hello@giftygifts.biz within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.

  • We collect sales tax for any boxes shipped or delivered within Minnesota.
